The following is a full 100% guide for The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure, including all quests, DP bonus choices, fishes, room decoration items, chests, and more. The only part of the game not detailed in this guide is some of the in-game achievements, which I will update in the future.

Due to the sheer length of this guide, no images have been inserted to prevent impeded loading. However, if you find yourself stuck at any point, I have written various mini-guides with images for better identifiability.

A minimum of two playthroughs is required due to there being New Game+ bosses in the Finale. As a few general tips, always scan enemies as they appear, use Detection Quartz if you want visuals on treasure chest locations, and always exchange mira at the bank when available since it has a greater exchange rate.

I have tried to avoid saying spoilers throughout this guide, but just be weary in case I overlooked a specific point.

Speak to Rixia at Arc en Ciel in the Entertainment District for an event that raises her affinity.

Speak to KeA in the Cathedral on Mountain Path to raise her affinity.

NOTE: Two of the kids in the Sunday School class with KeA, Ken, and Nana, are the younger siblings of Juna, a party member introduced in Trails of Cold Steel III. They were added to this release and were not present in the PSP or Vita versions of the game.

Speak to Trader Rizero in the IBC for a Celestial Balm.

Speak to Oscar in Morges Bakery at West Street for a Mooncake Muffin.

Whenever you want to exchange Sepith for Mira, remember to use the IBC to do so whenever it's open due to its greater exchange rate.

Spot the Secretary (Required Quest)

Go speak to Detective Emma in the first room on the left in the Crossbell Police Department. Then, go to the outside of the old Revache Compound in the Back Alley. Afterward, to go the Long Lao Tavern & Inn on East Street. You’ll receive the Recipe Book and the Dragon Fried Rice Recipe alongside it.

Go to the rooftop of the Crossbell Department Store in Central Square and then the second floor of the Barca Casino in the Entertainment District to complete the quest. Reporting to the SSS terminal will grant you 1,000 mira and 4 DP.

Quest End

Rebecca in the Crossbell Police Department in the Administrative District will inform you that she will reward you for scanning Monsters, just like in the previous game. Additionally, the information terminals from the final dungeon of Zero will become gradually deciphered throughout the title and readable through granting her special Quartz Fragments found throughout the game.

On the second floor of Tallys’ General Store on West Street, examine the "Kingdom of Sweets: Volume 1" book for the Mixed Gelato Recipe.

On the third floor of Hotel Millennium in the Entertainment District, enter the left-side room and examine the "Delicious Hotpots: Pressure Cooker Edition" book for the Bellyful Hotpot Recipe.

In Jazz Bar Garante in the Back Alley, examine "The Working Man's Diet" book for the Rich Cappuccino Recipe.

At Crossbell Cemetery on Mainz Mountain Path, enter the lone house just south of the graves and examine the "One Minute Cooking: Light Meals Edition" book for the Fresh Sandwich Recipe.

An Enigma II Me (Required Quest)

Speak to Wendy at Genten in Central Square. After Orbment and Quartz tutorials, you’ll simply have to win one fight in Maison Imelda, an optional quest listed below. Wendy will give the Eagle Eye Quartz as a reward, which is quite helpful for viewing enemy symbols on the mini-map.

Reporting to the SSS terminal will grant you 500 mira and 3 DP.

Maison Imelda Monster Extermination (Optional Quest)

Speak to Imelda at her Antiques shop in the Back Alley to gain a key to the Maison Imelda apartments in the Downtown District. Alongside completing the An Enigma II Me quest by association, the following chests are present.

Examine the "Simple Seasonal Recipes" book on the second floor just before the boss door, on the third screen linearly, not counting small room transitions. It gives the Light Burger Recipe.

After defeating the boss, you’ll receive the Craft Book – Strike, giving Lloyd and Wazy the Strike Heaven Combo Craft. Reporting to the terminal will give you 4 DP and 1000 mira.

After getting a call from Sergei after clearing both of the required quests detailed above, the following Hidden Quest will open up:

The Fast and the Injurious (Hidden Quest)

Head to the Residential District and then speak to Officer Kate right outside of Hotel Millennium in the Entertainment District.

Choose:

After the quest completes, reporting in at the SSS terminal will give you 1,000 mira and a baseline of 3 DP + 2 more DP if you choose the correct options stated above.

When doing the story on West Crossbell Highway, the following chests are obtainable:

When inquired by the Red-haired man, input 52 for bonus 3 DP. The West Crossbell Highway Monster Extermination quest becomes terminated in this scene, too.

Shining Pom – Take the bus to the intersection and head one screen to the top-right. Follow the path until you reach a circular dead-end to the left. The Shining Pom will appear here.

The story continues at Knox Forest Road.

Acerbic Tomato Boys enemy only spawns with Roving Sheep.

The story continues at the Crossbell Police Academy

When talking to Sergei, respond with "A basic traffic law course" for bonus DP.

When you can, speak to Manager Juan to unlock the option to give him Peculiar Dishes. You’ll also get Sunshine Agnes Chapter 1.

Speak to Manager Neston in Crossbell Department Store for a free Curia Balm.

Speaking to Fran at the Crossbell Police Department in the Administrative District will raise her affinity.

Speaking to Sully at the shack in the Crossbell Graveyard will raise her affinity.

Speak to Ashleigh at Neinvalli Exchange in the Downtown District to progress the story.

Ostensible Ownership (Required Quest)

Speak to Receptionist Shion at the Crossbell Civic Center in the Administrative District. Then, head to the large house in the Residential District's lower level next to the MacDowell Estate. Go to East Street and enter the Acacia Apartments’ second-floor western room and then the Imperial Fishing Club in the same district.

Speak to the fishermen at the Jazz Bar Garante in the Back Alley. Lastly, enter the closest apartment in Lotus Heights and report back to Receptionist Shion at the Crossbell Civic Center in the Administrative District.

Reporting this quest at the SSS Terminal will grant 4 DP and 1,000 mira.

The ability to fish is also gained in the middle of this quest.

Quest End

Beta Testers Wanted (Required Quest)

At the IBC-Entrance, speak to Receptionist Lanfei and then Chief Roberts next to the elevator. Examine the Terminal at the SSS and play a round of Pom! Pom! Party! with Chief Roberts. Win the match for 1 bonus DP.

Reporting this quest with the victory will grant 3 + 1 DP and 500 mira.

Blunder My Umbrella (Required Quest)

Speak to Oscar at Morges Bakery and select "East Street" for +2 bonus DP, then talk to the elderly lady, Parla, in the house at the easternmost segment of East Street. Lastly, talk to Roy, holding the green umbrella in the Harbor District, and then Meiling behind the lighthouse in the same area.

Reporting to the SSS Terminal with the correct choice mentioned above will grant 3 + 2 DP and 500 mira.

Speak to Miles and Nielsen at the Library in the Administrative District. Select the following choices for a total of 2 bonus DP:

After all of the above is completed, you can progress with the story.

Examine the "Monthly Car Mania: Volume 1" book in the Hayworth Residence at the Residential District for the Sky Paintwork orbal car cosmetic. You must have examined the orbal car itself once to obtain this item.

When on the Mainz Mountain Path, be sure to view an optional scene at the Rosenburg Studio for bonus DP later.

The following treasure chests are available on Mainz Mountain Path:

The Mainz Mountain Path Monster Extermination creature is right near these chests. Defeating it will grant the Craft Book – Cross, housing the Southern Cross combination craft for Elie and Noel.

Reporting the Mainz Mountain Path Monster Extermination at the SSS Terminal will grant 4 DP and 1,000 mira.

Shining Pom – Take the bus to the Doll Studio intersection at the Crossroad and head one screen south. On the next screen, you’ll see a chest right away to the south, which contains an EP Charge. The Shining Pom will spawn north of it, just ahead of continuing on the road right.

You can catch the Raineater fish at the Mainz Mountain Path Stream fishing spot with Earthworm bait. It's right before the cave.

When first at Mainz Mining Village, you can purchase the Light Punching Bag decoration item from the Backerei General Store. Additionally, speak to Miner Logy on the village's upper level to the northeast for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 2. Further, examining the "Der Ziegel Inn's Specialty Dish. Fried Fish: a Classic" poster in the Der Ziegel Inn for the Fried Fish Recipe.

In the Mainz Mine, the "Car Freak: Volume 1" book can be examined for Charming Paintwork orbal car cosmetic.

Progressing with the story from now on will prevent access to all side activities for the rest of the chapter.

Chest #12 for the Mainz Mountain Path is just to the left of The Old Mine's entrance. It houses a Protective Helmet accessory.

The Old Mine contains the following chests:

Starting from the direct east pathway:

Back to the entrance, go down to the top-right

Back to the entrance, head to the left screen, and keep heading left until the dead-end.

On the only remaining path:

When given the choice, choose "It's unlikely" for bonus DP.

When the chapter ends, you should have 59 DP in total.

Feed Coppe the cat on the SSS Building's roof. Doing so 9 times throughout the game will grant a Master Quartz.

Buy Crossbell Times Issue 2 from either the Crossbell Central Square department store or Tallys’ General Store on West Street.

Speaking to Receptionist Rebecca will alert her of the Quartz Fragment you picked up from a chest in The Old Mine. Getting and using all of these will unlock D:G Cult reports and an achievement/trophy.

Speak to Oscar in Morges Bakery on West Street for a free Melon Cream Bread.

Talk to Ilya and company at Arc en Ciel in the Entertainment District for affinity for the former.

Examine "The Orbal Car Patricians" in the second dressing room in Arc en Ciel for the Noble Paintwork car cosmetic.

Speak to Receptionist Michel at the Bracer Guild on East Street to unlock a Pom! Pom! Party! match

Speak to KeA and Shizuku on the second floor of the Bracer Guild for affinity for the former.

Speak to Imelda at her Antique store in the Back Alley for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 3.

Enter the open door in the east of the Back Alley to go into the opposite side of Central Square's department store. Head through the next door and examine the "A Message from Legion's Foods" poster for the Bellberry Juice Recipe.

You can get the Little Shooter fishing rod and The Tristan room decoration from the Barca Casino in the Entertainment District.

Enter the Imperial Fishing Club on East Street to trigger the game-long fishing quest. The first possible duel occurs at the shack between the East Crossbell Highway and the Old Armorica Road.

You can now catch the following fish in Crossbell city proper:

Harbor District

Residential District

You can head over to the Moon Temple entrance area now from the Mainz Mountain Path. The following chests can be picked up:

Head to Mainz Village and speak to Mayor Bickson and Miner Gants for the Old Mine Key. This will grant bonus DP.

Take the car or bus to the West Crossbell Highway intersection and walk to Bellguard Gate.

At Bellguard Gate, go up to the second floor and enter the nearest room to examine the "Make it at Home: Soups Edition" for the Milk Potage Recipe.

Speak to Commander Baelz in her office on the second floor for bonus DP.

A chest on the far western side of the second floor, on an outside walkway, contains a Sniper Barrel accessory.

For Old Tomes’ Sake (Optional Quest)

Speak to Miles in the Crossbell City Library in the Administrative District, and then head to the Stargazer Tower from Ursula Byroad.

The following chests are obtainable from the path right before the entrance to Stargazer's Tower specifically:

In Stargazer's Tower, walk to the top and watch two scenes. You’ll complete the quest. Reporting it to the SSS Terminal will grant 1,000 mira and 3 DP.

Old Armorica Road Monster Extermination (Optional Quest)

The following chests are obtainable from East Crossbell Highway up to Old Armorica Road, not counting the Eastern fork to Tangram Gate.

The Bad Frogger enemy only spawns in encounters where the Egg Snake is the Field Symbol.

The Sasa Panda enemy only appears in battles where the Deadly Dandelion or Death Corolla are the field symbols.

The monster quest is on the screen after the upcoming eighth chest. Defeating it grants the Craft Book – Blue, granting the Blue Breaker combination craft for Noel and Wazy.

Reporting this to the SSS Terminal will provide 1,000 mira and 4 DP.

Continue walking down the Old Armorica Road to reach the village:

At Armorica Village:

Buy the Racing Flags room decoration from the Reoir General Store.

Catch the Armorican Carp with Dumplings or Deluxe Dumplings bait.

Catch the Tiger Rockfish with Earthworm bait.

Examine the Ash Tree Inn's Specialty Dish Chef's Special Omelet Rice poster at the inn on the first floor to obtain the Chef's Special Omelet Rice Recipe.

Speak to Alfred and Gofan at the inn to raise DP for later.

Speak to Harold in the first room of the inn's second floor to receive 10 Honey Syrups.

Enter the second room on the inn's second floor and examine the blue book "Car Freak: Volume 2" to obtain the Pop Paintwork car cosmetic.

Xin in the City (Hidden Quest)

Examine the entrance to Heiyue at the Harbor District. The party member you select when prompted will receive raised affinity.

Visit the following locations:

On the first floor of the Times Department Store, examine the shelf of Mishy merch. Then, speak to Southwark, the receptionist just to the south (haha), and purchase the Tick-Tock Mishy for 500 mira. Head to the store's roof.

You’ll receive the Moon Spirit Gem accessory. Reporting to the SSS Terminal will provide 2,000 mira and a total of 8 DP if you visit each of the aforementioned locations.

CGF Training Exercise (Required)

Head to the Bus Stop (Fork) on East Crossbell Highway and start heading east to Tangram Gate.

Shining Pom – Take the bus to Tangram Gate, or travel to the Boat House. The Shining Pom spawns at the three-way fork in the middle.

At the intersection, head south to enter the shack to examine the "Kingdom of Sweets: Volume 2" for the Smooth Almond Jelly Recipe.

You can purchase the Miniature Aquarium room decoration item here, too. This appears to be missable.

If you fish here, you can obtain the:

Back on the highway:

At Tangram Gate:

Examine the "March On, Wild Soldier!" book in the cafeteria to obtain the Guard Paintwork car cosmetic.

On the second floor, head to the far east and exit to the exterior to find a chest containing Jumping Gears’ boots.

On the third floor, examine the nearby "Delicious Hotpots: Earthenware Edition" book for the ‘Tide of Plenty’ Hotpot Recipe.

For the quest, speak to Deputy Commander Douglas in the middle room on the second floor to begin waves of fights, and make sure that you have Battle Scopes for scanning beforehand since Arts become restricted in the first fight.

Winning every battle and reporting to the SSS Terminal will grant 4 + 1 DP and 1,000 mira.

The Doctor is In (Required)

The following chests are obtainable from Ursula Byroad, not counting the road just before Stargazer's Tower, which I covered in the "For Old Tomes’ Sake" quest.

Shining Pom – Take the bus to St. Ursula Medical College. Head left, past the fishing spot, and the Shining Pom will spawn in the middle of the next, and far larger, fork.

At St. Ursula Medical College

You can fish for the:

Purchase the Shining Pom Cushion room decoration item at the Le Lectier Inn.

On the second floor of the Le Lectier Inn, head to the far left room and examine "A Primer on Crossbellan Cuisine" for the Braised Stew Recipe.

For the quest, speak to Doctor Seiland in the Research Ward on the top floor, the 4F elevator to the Neurology / Pharmacology Lab.

Report back to Doctor Seiland to complete the quest. Reporting it to the SSS Terminal will grant 1,500 mira and 4 DP.

Quest End

Talk to Cecile in her room on Le Lectier Inn's third floor to raise her affinity.

Head to the Bracer Guild on East Street and speak to Michel; choosing the second option will prevent further activity for the day.

When given the option, choose "Protect the Imperial chancellor" for bonus DP.

Feed Coppe on the SSS’ roof.

Speak to Sully on the third floor of the Villa-Raisins apartments to raise her affinity.

In Crossbell Station at Station Street, examine the nearby "Car Star: Special Edition" on the bench for the Shiny Paintwork car cosmetic.

Speak to Dudley at the Crossbell Police Department and then talk to the following individuals:

Report back to Dudley and answer with "To hold a private meeting" to raise his affinity.

Bracing for Battle (Optional Quest)

Speak to Aeolia and Lynn at the Ash Tree inn at Armorica Village for a 2-on-2 fight and then a more challenging fight with your whole team. Equip sleep and instant death prevention accessories. Both girls have 2 separate scans, too. Lloyd's Axle Rush Craft will be upgraded to Raging Spin.

Reporting to the SSS Terminal will grant 4 + 2 DP if you won both battles, and 1,000 mira.

Musician Manhunt Quest (Optional Quest)

Speak to the Man in Black in Crossbell Station at Station Street and then head to the Downtown District. Then, go to the Mishy dancing event in the middle of the Harbor District and conclude by going to the Jazz Bar Garante in the Back Alley. Reporting to the SSS Terminal will grant you 1,500 mira and 3 DP.

Quest End

At this point, I did the fishing duel against Narses the Crazy Wave on the Mainz Mountain Path at the Waterfall. Catching a Noble Carp is required to enact the duel. To win, you can just use a Bamboo Rod with Deluxe Dumplings; there are likely other combinations, too. You’ll catch a Gold Salmon by doing so.

East Crossbell Highway Monster Extermination (Optional Quest)

On the second screen of East Crossbell Highway at the leftmost hill, the boss is there. Equip anti-faint accessories. Winning will grant the Craft Book–Raid, giving Randy and Noel the Howling Raid combination craft. Reporting to the SSS Terminal will grant 1,500 mira and 4 DP.

Marie Gone Missing (Required Quest)

Go to the second floor of the Acacia Apartments and enter the left room to speak to Bond and his family. Speak to the fish exchange vendor on East Street, Marte, and then head to the lower level of the Residential District and enter the nearest house.

Afterward, walk to the upper level of the Residential District, and when in Arc en Ciel, enter the door on the second floor. Lastly, leave the room from where you entered and walk back down to the Arc en Ciel entrance.

Reporting to the SSS Terminal will give you 4 DP and 1,000 mira.

Quest End

Head back to the SSS HQ, and after the event, head back to St. Ursula Medical College for a Hidden Quest.

Riboten Remedy (Hidden Quest)

Enter the main building's medical office at the back of the first floor and speak to Seiland, Arios, and Prince Albert. The item you will need to find is in the left part of the clearing right before the next screen. After the required fight and scene, report back to the SSS Terminal to receive 5 DP and 1,000 mira.

The following content should only be pursued once you are done with optional perusing, as events will vanish.

When you’re ready, head to Crossbell City's South Exit and enter the Crosbell Airport. When in control again, head to West Street and talk to Pete inside the Grimwood Law offices for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 4.

To progress with the story, enter Geofront B Sector on the bottom level of the Residential District. The following chests are obtainable:

Head north at the intersection first for a chest:

At the next brief intersection, enter the left door:

At the next standout intersection, enter the right door:

After you activate the nearby lever, head back to the start of the floor and head to the east door to go across the now traversable platform for a chest.

For the boss enemies at the end of the area, equip anti-freeze accessories.

After the required fight, you’ll unlock a fishing spot in the same clearing. The Pale Salamander can be caught here with Earthworm bait.

You must win the Pom! Pom! Party! minigame afterward for bonus DP. You’re able to retry however often you’d like if you lose. Then, select "A third party" for more bonus DP.

Feed Coppe on the roof.

Buy Crossbell Times – Issue 3 from either Tallys’ General Store on West Street or the Times Department Store in Central Square.

Talk to Fran in the Crossbell Police Department twice to raise her affinity and get her Pom! Pom! Party! ID.

Talk to KeA in the Administrative District's Library on the second floor to raise her affinity.

Talk to Rixia in the Lotus Heights apartments in the Downtown District in her room for raised affinity.

Talk to Alfred in Armorica Village's Ash Tree Inn for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 5.

For a Hidden Quest, head to the Moon Temple entrance via the cave on Mainz Mountain Road.

Dark Side of the Moon (Hidden Quest)

Explore the Moon Temple after the scene at the entrance, and enter the door at the bottom right door. The following chests are obtainable:

After beating the boss and completing the quest, reporting to the SSS Terminal will give you 5 DP and 2,000 mira.

Ursula Road Monster Extermination (Optional Quest)

Head to the Ursula Road screen right before Stargazer's Tower, and then the far southwest. Equip anti-seal accessories and prioritize impeding. Winning will grant the Craft Book – Akasha, giving the Akashic Star combination craft for Elie and Wazy. Reporting to the SSS Terminal will reward 4 DP and 1,500 mira.

Quest End

Inspection on the Rails (Optional Quest)

Head into Crossbell Station at Station Street and talk to Inspection Officer Marlowe on the second floor. For rock-paper-scissors, you’ll earn raised affinity depending on who Lloyd is partnered with.

Choosing:

If you completed the "Xin in the City" Hidden Quest from earlier in the Chapter, you will gain more DP. Talk to everyone on the train and select "The young man" for bonus DP. Reporting to the SSS Terminal will give you 4 + 2 DP if the above has been performed and 1,000 mira.

Dollnapped (Optional Quest)

Speak to receptionist Lanfei in the IBC, and when in the office with Mariabell on the 16th floor, be sure to examine the nearby "Monthly Car Mania: Volume 2" book for the Wild Paintwork car cosmetic. This is the only time it's obtainable.

Reporting to the SSS Terminal will give you 5 DP and 1,500 mira.

Quest End

The story is from this point on is via Orchis Tower. All optional tasks will vanish once you go there. Before progressing, I highly recommend making Cat Food since it’ll be needed for a book next chapter. As far as I know, it's a randomly failed cooking result.

On Orchis Tower's first floor, head to the immediate left and examine the "Mach Speed" book for the Cool Paintwork car cosmetic.

In the hallway of the 36th floor you’re already on, head to the far left room and speak to the person inside.

The far right doorway you can enter on the 35th-floor houses Towa, similar to Ken and Nana, a Cold Steel character cameo exclusive to the PS4 version and its ports. Speak to Julia and Mueller here for story. Speak to Kilika in the far left room.

On the 34th floor, talk to the notable people in every room, including the two CGF soldiers by themselves.

Scenes will occur as you go to the elevator. Speak to Rocksmith in the far northwest room of the 36th floor and Osborne in the far northeast.

After a fair number of scenes and linear progression, you’ll be in the chapter's last dungeon.

In the standard area of Hotel Delphina, not the VIP area you’re staying in, the "Lovely Holidays: Selected Recipes" book can be examined for the Select Matcha Latte Recipe.

To progress with the story, speak to Lakeside Beach Receptionist Carmina.

At the beach:

Give the cat at the southwest hill Cat Food for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 6.

Quest on Hold

For the Cryptids, drive to the intersection of Ursula Road, and head to the cave at the far right, where the water is shallow. The chest inside has a Quartz Fragment [IMPORTANT]. Equip anti-faint for the Cryptid boss. A fishing spot will be available afterward.

For the second Cryptid, drive to the Boathouse on East Crossbell Highway. The fight is beyond the gate. After beating it and investigating the plant behind it, you’ll receive the Viking Rod.

You can catch the Queen Crab at Crossbell's Harbor District with Carp bait now.

You can win the duel against the Elite Four member Sharkman the Ocean's Edge at the fishing spot right outside of St. Ursula Medical College now. Needed to have caught Gluttonous Bass, Armorican Carp, Arowana, Pirarucu, Piranha, and Rockeater.

Using the Viking Rod and Carp bait will guarantee a catch. You’ll need around 6-7 of them, so bring an abundance. Winning the duel will grant access to the fishing spot.

If you fish with the Carp bait in this spot, you can get the one-time Crimson Eater fish.

With this fish caught, you can now challenge Kaguya the Dragon Princess at the rest spot on Old Armorica Road, who requires a fish that is at least 130 rege large to enable dueling.

To practically win this duel, which adds up the sum of three back-to-back catches, just use Carp bait with the Viking Rod. Using the Deluxe Dumplings bait with the Bamboo Rod after gaining free access to the spot can give you the one-time Tiger Rockeater fish.

While you’re at it, head to the Mainz Mountain Path Waterfall fishing spot and catch the one-time Emeraude.

At Crossbell Cathedral, go into the cemetery and speak to Musha for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 7.

Just try to reduce his health to 75% or 50% for partial DP.

Also, talk to Old Man Tantz in the same room for him to request acerbic tomato concentrate. Firstly, for Azel's requested ingredients, they can all be purchased from Legion's Food in the Times Department Store in Central Square, sans Beast Flesh. If you don't have enough of those from monster drops, Neinvalli Exchange has them available.

As for the acerbic tomato concentrate, speak to Chroma, the juice vendor in the Administrative District. She’ll give you Acerbic Tomato Paste. Report back to Azel in the same room you first conversed with him in.

Next, speak to Canon, the boy standing outside of the destroyed Maison Imelda. Give Guillaume 10 U-Material and ask about the metal detector.

Use the metal detector in the following locations:

Talk to Canon once you’ve found all 10 Scrap Metal.

Once you’ve accomplished the above tasks, report back to Abbas in the Guillaume Factory to complete the quest. Talking to him again afterward will give you his Pom! Pom! Party! account info.

Speak to Roy and Old Man Mors at the Civic Center in the Administrative District. Then do the following:

Speak to Deputy Commander Douglas in his office at Tangram Gate's second floor. Then, head to the Ancient Battlefield, accessible via the Old Armorica Road screen just south of the village proper.

Backtrack to the start of Ancient Battlefield, and head east at the initial fork.

Catfish can be caught in the sewers area with Snow Crab bait.

At this point, you should have 29 fish, letting you challenge the final Elite Four member Triton the Silver Orca, at the West Crossbell Highway mid-point bus stop.

To win, you must catch five different types of fish. I used Dumplings, Snow Crab, Roe, Red Flies, and Carp. If you fish in this new spot with Carp bait, you can catch the one-time Bull Dragonfish.

Report back to Branch Manager Cerdan at the Boathouse to inform you of your progress, and you’ll gain access to the best bait, Rainbow Gem EX. Also, talking to Peter after catching all four of the one-time fish in each of the Elite Four member spots will give you the Aqua Ruler rod.

Now, talk to Lakelord III at the Imperial Fishing Club in Crossbell's East Street, then duel him at the Ursula Road sandbar, easily reachable via the bus stop. Ensure you have the following bait before doing the duel:

To win, you must catch the same fish that Lakelord III does each time.

For Azelfish, use Red Flies. For Carp, use Dumplings or Deluxe Dumplings. For Gluttonous Bass, use Kasagin. For Raineater, use Roe, and for the Pale Salamander, use Carp. I believe the one you caught in this sequence doesn't count for usage.

To conclude this duel, examine the nearby fishing spot, and use the Rainbow Gem EX bait to catch the Elder King. Note you needed to have obtained the Aqua Ruler rod earlier via Pete to do this. Catching this final fish will give you a Zeram Powder and the Chevalier Master Quartz.

Lakelord III will give you the Fishing Emperor's Medal accessory afterward.

To progress with the story, head to St. Ursula Medical College.

Delivery Deception (Hidden Quest)

Once you talk to Shizuku for the story, head to Medical Office on the first floor and speak to Doctor Seiland, Chief Clark, and Security Guard Tony each to activate this Hidden Quest.

When back at Crossbell City, enter the Airport at the start of Ursula Road and speak to Billy and Ricardo by the conveyor belt. Talk to Officer Franz in the center of Central Square and then drive your car to Tangram Gate.

Reporting to the SSS Terminal will give you 5 + 2 DP and 4,000 mira.

Speaking with Jona at the Harbor District will progress the story and be the point of no return, so ensure you’ve done all quests, completed the fishing quest, and such.

For the boss of this dungeon and chapter, you can beat him for 4 bonus DP, but it will require strategy. Baiting him out at the opposing end of the arena with Lloyd's Spin Craft + evasion enhanced and using Tio's Zero Field S-Craft is what I did. His S-Craft will one-hit KO everyone, so ensure everyone has an Adamantite Shield up if Zero Field isn't available.

If you have done everything possible, you will have 330 DP at the end of Chapter 4.

You should have a total of 335 DP at the end of FRAGMENTS if you have done everything possible so far.

After becoming acquainted with the Merkabah, land on the St. Ursula sandbar and make your way to the Medical College.

On the way, you battle the Elon Ark Cryptid again, near where you initially landed. It's a new scan.

After the events in St. Ursula Medical College, speak to Tio twice on the Merkabah to obtain her Pom! Pom! Party! account info.

You can challenge and defeat her now. Doing so, and having beaten the other opponents by this point, will mean you have won every match of Pom! Pom! Party! You’ll receive a scene for your efforts, an achievement, and the Magius Master Quartz.

Examine the terminal for four optional monster quests. You can save these for when the party grows bigger.

At Armorica Village, after speaking with Chief Tolta and Harold with his family, buy Crossbell Times Issue 10 from the General Store.

Blade Fang enemies now roam Old Armorica Road; new scan.

Defeating the Quest monster for Old Armorica Road Monster Extermination gives you an Onyx Gem Quartz. Reporting it to the Merkabah Terminal grants you 5 DP and 5,000 mira.

After the battle and story events at the western end of the Ancient Battlefield, I highly recommend speaking to Fran, as she reveals crucial character backstory and motivation that can be easily missed.

Head back to the Ancient Battlefield, and head down the eastern fork to the sewers and talk to Lau, who’ll lead you to Cao. You’ll gain a free Burst Orb afterward.

You can walk to East Crossbell Highway, too. Savage Horn enemies now appear. If you walk all the way to the Boathouse from here and speak to Lakelord III and Kaguya the Dragon Princess, you’ll receive 10 Carp and a Zeram Powder.

When dropping off at Mainz Mountain Path – Crossroad, you’ll have a fight after leaving Rosenburg Studio and more required ones following. In the cave, be sure to avoid the mines for bonus DP. If you just hug the bottom wall, you should be fine, but save beforehand, just in case.

After you’re back on the Merkabah, talk to Luka in the Der Ziegel Inn at Mainz for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 12.

Mainz Mountain Path has Grand Mole enemies; new scan.

After flying to the middle of West Crossbell Highway, head to Bellguard Gate. Cragrasp enemies on the way are new.

Quetzalcoatl monster is on the map nearby for the "West Crossbell Highway Monster Extermination" quest. Winning will net you a Topaz Gem Quartz. Reporting to the Merkabah Terminal will grant you 5 DP and 5,000 mira.

After the event at the gate, head northeast along the way, as if you were heading to Crossbell city itself. However, turn toward the train tracks that got derailed in the last chapter. Follow the path.

The following chests are obtainable on the Transcontinental Railroad tracks:

When at Bellguard Gate proper, head onto the left platform from the rails to examine the "Popular Cocktails: A Beginner's Guide" to the brief south end for the Pinky Rose Recipe.

Progress with the narrative, and once at Mishelam Wonderland, you’ll have several fights against Red Constellation members.

Once that's all done, go to the Booster site on the map.

After the scenes, talk to Farrah in St. Ursula Medical College (Room 302) for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 13.

Talk to Cao again via talking to Lau in the sewers of the Ancient Battlefield for a Zeram Powder.

Take care of any remaining quests now. Head to St. Ursula Road and defeat the Org Virage on the same screen as pre-entering Stargazer's Tower's entrance for the Ursula Road Monster Extermination quest. Winning will give you an Emerald Gem Quartz. Reporting to the Terminal will grant 5 DP and 5,000 mira.

Head to the Mainz Mountain Path tunnel to defeat the Versalamander for the Mainz Mountain Path Monster Extermination quest. Winning will give you a Water Gem Quartz. Reporting to the Terminal will grant 5 DP and 5,000 mira.

Now for the high-leveled monster chests. You can only access two right now.

For story progression, head over to the Moon Temple via the Mainz Mountain Path's tunnel.

From the top-left staircase path:

At the first fork, go up the stairs, and then up the stairs directly across from you. It should trigger a fight right away that removes door barriers. A chest is in this room.

Head back to the entrance. Go through the newly unsealed door on the first floor's bottom left. Head straight ahead for a dead-end room with a chest.

When outside, head right first.

Take the Moon Orb from the pedestal, return to the entrance, then take the stairs to the top-right doorway into a more open area with two chests. A forced fight unlocking the entrance's bottom right doorway also occurs in the middle of the room.

Before going back to the entrance, exit to the southeast, and take the upper staircase to the path's end.

Then, head down the stairs all the way to end up outside with a chest.

Return to the entrance. Head to the first floor's upper right door.

NOTE: We obtained some of these chests earlier during the "Dark Side of the Moon" Hidden Quest.

The second door from at the top contains the other Moon Orb.

You can continue to the next room to open a shortcut outside. Return to the entrance, and place the two Moon Orbs you found at the altar. Head up to the very top for the boss.

Head to Stargazer's Tower for story next.

After defeating Ines, enter the backroom to grab the two orbs first and then place them on the weighted scale in the prior room.

The boss at the top of the tower will give 5 DP if slain fully. Assuming you’re playing on Normal or Hard, just spamming Tio's Zero Field and Adamantine Shield will be enough. Plus, you’ll also want to enact the same strategy you used for Arios; baiting the boss with Lloyd, or Rixia if you want, to the other end of the arena with their suction Crafts. Ensure the character doing this has high evasion to tank hits well. Breaking the mask will give partial DP, at least.

When on the Merkabah, you can initiate conversations with various party members to set up final bonding events. Make sure to save beforehand to view multiple scenes.

When walking around in Crossbell, you can exchange 50 U-Material for Divine Cloth and then give that cloth to the Guillaume Factory to make a character's ultimate armor.

Assuming you have high enough bonding points with KeA and you gave her the biggest Whitestones back during the Intermission, examine her desk in her room at the SSS building for the Divine Zero Orb accessory.

Go to the CNS in the Harbor District, and after the event, go to the bottom left of East Street, right at the pinwheel stall, for a brief scene. Lastly, go into the Long Lao Tavern & Inn, and head down the veiled staircase behind the register. Examine the boards at the end of the path and enter for 2 bonus DP.

Talk to Manager Neston in the Times Department Store at Central Square for a Celestial Balm EX.

Talk to Old Man Quint at the Crossbell Cemetery and then Pete within Tallys’ General store on West Street. Examine the entrance to the Grimwood Law Offices on West Street afterward for 2 bonus DP.

This is your last chance to get the Tender Loving Car achievement. Assuming you’ve found the non-shop ones, you can buy the remainder at Genten in Central Square. You can also buy Orbment covers here too if you’d like the achievement requiring all of those and room décor acquisition.

Use the car at the SSS Garage when you’re ready for story progress.

Check the Merkabah Terminal for the East Crossbell Highway, Ancient Battlefield, and Knox Forest Monster Extermination quests.

Talk to Oscar at Morges Bakery in Crossbell City West Street for the Final Stretch food item.

Buy Crossbell Times Issue 11 from the Central Times Department store in Central Square or Tallys’ General store on West Street.

Speak to Sully in Arc en Ciel at the Entertainment District, and if you have enough affinity, she’ll give you the Sully's Cap accessory.

Talk to Wendy at Genten in Central Square to get 3 EP Charge IIIs.

Feed Coppe on the SSS roof, and if you have done so across every opportunity up to this point, you’ll get a Master Quartz.

Go to the 40F of Orchis Tower to grab a Zemurian Ore Shard.

Get 3 of Kagemaru Hood, Haori, and Sandals. The latter two are bought from the second-floor shops in the Times Department store, while the Hood is an exchange prize at the Barca Casino. Exchange them to Jingo at the Neinvalli Exchange shop in the Downtown District under the "Other" category for Sunshine Agnes Chapter 14, the final chapter.

Once you do that, you’ll be able to enter the storeroom behind Jingo down the stairs.

Down here, you can examine the "Lively Family Lunches" book to gain the Picnic Lunchbox Recipe.

Next, if you have every recipe sans one, you can speak to Zhang Hui at the Long Lao Tavern & Inn on East Street for the final recipe, Medicinal Mapo Tofu.

If you give every best variation of a dish to the Jizo statue on East Street, you’ll have an encounter giving you the Kusanagi Master Quartz. Note that you’ll have to leave and re-enter the screen in between each giving, as well as once more than usual after each dish has been given.

You can give Manager Juan at the Crosbell Police Academy every Peculiar dish for a Shroud Quartz.

If you talk to Cecile outside of St. Ursula Medical College with her affinity maxed, she’ll give you the Valiant Heart accessory.

If you talk to Ilya in her room (Room 303) twice with her affinity maxed, she’ll give the Fervent Dancer's Hairpin accessory.

Talk to Kevin in the Armorica Inn for a Zemurian Ore Shard. I think Wazy has to be in the party for it to be given.

Talk to Joshua in the back big room at the Del Zieger Inn at Mainz Village for a Zemurian Ore Shard.

Walk along the railroad tracks near Bellguard Gate, over to where Estelle and crew fought the Aion for a Zemurian Ore Shard.

Head to the top of the Castle of Mirrors for a Zemurian Ore Shard.

Speak to the Fortune-teller at Hotel Delphina in Mishelam Wonderland, and exchange every chapter of Sunshine Agnes with her for Zemurian Ore.

You can talk to Gulliaume in his factory in the Downtown District, and you can make two ultimate weapons from the 5 Zemurian Ore Shards and pure Zemurian Ore you received.

Go take out the East Crossbell Highway quest monster; winning will give a Ruby Gem Quartz. Reporting it to the Merkabah Terminal will grant 5 DP and 6,000 mira.

Go take out the Ancient Battlefield quest monster; winning will give you a Gold Gem Quartz. Reporting it to the Merkabah Terminal will grant 5 DP and 6,000 mira.

Go take out the Knox Forest quest monster; winning will give you a Silver Gem Quartz. Reporting it to the Merkabah Terminal will grant 5 DP and 6,000 mira.

You should get the Hometown Hero achievement for completing all quests now.

Domain of Penance:

Head right to the gate to use the Argem Key.

Hit the lever you come across.

Head right at the next fork.

At the next fork, head south first.

Take the right path at the previous fork, use the Goldia Key, and then hit the lever afterward.

At the next fork, head up the stairs left.

Hit the next lever you see.

Use the Nohval Key at the final gate. Then follow the newly made path you constructed to the boss. From here on out, it's just bosses until the credits roll.

Hidden Bosses New Game + Only. They are accessible on the day the final dungeon opens up.

Marsh Wetlands – Great Satan Boss – On the second screen, go up at the first fork and follow the path. Give Lloyd the Rift Gem for this fight and use the Raging Spin Craft to Impede Arts since they’re common here. Wazy's also a good choice since he has a ranged AOE Impede Craft, Trinity Card. You could use Elie for healing/Space Arts and Tio with Rune of Benevolence (Water Master Quartz Max Skill) to heal in a pinch and reduce damage by 50%.

Ursula Byroad – Grendel Boss – Transport to the Merkabah point in the Ursula Byroad Sandbar. Head south, one screen to the cave, and a new opening will be to the left. The boss is there, and the fight's easy. Use Mirage Arts and have somebody use the Rune of Benevolence (Water Master Quartz Max Skill) for defense. You can then use combo S-Crafts for whittling everyone down quickly.

Geofront D –Sector – Fallen Delacroix – When entering from the Downtown District, head left at the beginning. Follow the path until the next fork, and enter the door on your left-hand side (near the grates.) A new pathway will be opened behind the Monster Chest. The new boss is beyond here. Simply spam combination crafts; it's not that bad. It's weak to Space and Earth, so make sure to go in with a Burst to spam Arts and S-Crafts.

Geofront C-Sector – Inferno Domina – When entering from the Harbor District, take the elevator down and head right as far as you can. The nearest door will lead to a clearing with the boss. Use Wazy's Trinity Card Craft to Impede the enemies’ casting, and then Combo Crafts with the rest of the party for AOE damage. In addition, you can use Rune of Benevolence (Water Master Quartz Max Skill) for extra defense if needed, as well as Earth Pulse for regen. For extra insurance, the Impassion Art for CP regen can be useful, too.

The Old Mines – Lucifuge – Head left at the start of the mines’ first fork and then right immediately. Follow the linear path until you see purple mushroom-like platforms growing out of the walls. Walk across them to the next boss. This battle's pretty easy. Just spam AOE Water/Space Arts and some combination crafts.

After defeating the aforementioned five bosses, you should get a message, and a new area will appear on the map via the Merkabah, the Scarlet Wetlands.

Vermillion – This super boss encounter also includes 4 Inferno Domina. I have two general strategies for this fight. The first is a cheese method, relying on you not having used your Burst Orbs in any of your playthroughs.

If you continually spam Burst Orbs to enter Burst State and use the Eschaton Water Art with Elie and Tio, you can get rid of the Inferno Domina quickly. Vermillion itself is weak to Mirage Arts, so Avalon Gate and the like from Wazy is ideal, alongside Elie and Tio having some offensive Mirage Arts of their own.

Lloyd can be used to restore party members’ EP with EP Charges and being a host for potent Combination Crafts that will do considerable damage if any final bonding scenes have upgraded them.

If you lack Burst Orbs, the alternative strategy is similar but with more defensive measures taken. Use Earth Pulse for HP regen, Zodiac for Strength + Defense buffing, and the Adamantine Guard Art/ Tio's Zero Field S-Craft. Further, separating the party so they’re not standing near each other is worthwhile to avoid grouped damage.

For winning, you’ll get the Creator's Crown accessory. It gives the wearer +200 Strength, Defense, Art Attack, Art Defense, +10 Move and Speed, +20% Accuracy and Evasion.
